SUPPORTING OUR NEIGHBORHOODS
Your UHOA Board
A Changing of the Guard
In 2024, the UHOA Board encountered significant challenges, including four resignations due to illness, departures, and a member’s passing, while the three remaining members also chose to step down after years of service, disrupting the usual fall nominating process.
Seven residents volunteered after the January annual meeting, and the Board appointed them to fill the vacancies—four to serve through 2026 and three through 2025—to maintain the staggered election cycle and align with the UHOA By-Laws.
Our Thanks
We express deep gratitude to the former Board for their dedicated service and for ensuring a smooth transition by restoring the Board to full strength, setting the stage for a return to the standard nomination process at year-end.
